Depending on the nature of the services provided and the applicable legal framework, Aokah may act as a data controller, data fiduciary, business, data processor, service provider, or in another equivalent capacity recognized under applicable data protection laws.
By accessing or using our websites, products, or services, or otherwise engaging with Aokah or its affiliates, you acknowledge that your Personal Information may be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Aokah processes such information only for the purposes of providing, maintaining, securing, supporting, and improving the Services, and in accordance with applicable contractual obligations and documented customer instructions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, notices, consents, and legal bases required to collect, use, transfer, and otherwise process Customer Data through the Services. Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the information they provide to Aokah complies with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
