Aokah shall establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve a holistic and robust Information Security Management System (ISMS) as per the applicable requirements, putting in place adequate and appropriate arrangements, which shall enable it to effectively protect “confidentiality”, maintain “integrity” and ensure “availability” of its information assets including PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and to respond and recover from information security incidents when they arise. Aokah also maintains a level of emergency preparedness for its Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, so that, under all circumstances, the operation of Aokah is continued.

Supporting policies have been identified by Aokah and all employees are expected to integrate them into the operational activities and culture, making it the responsibility of each and every employee to ensure that a robust information security structure is maintained and available to the authorized personnel whenever needed.

This policy is endorsed by the highest level of Management of Aokah and communicated to all parties relevant to its Information Security.
