Aokah is building the world’s first Expert + Intelligence platform to help enterprises design, build, scale, and govern Global Capability Centers (GCCs) with clarity, speed, and resilience.

Our platform orchestrates Geo, Talent, Ecosystem, and Program Wisdom into a unified decision system—transforming fragmented research and consulting processes into structured, AI-enabled, enterprise-grade execution workflows.

Data is not a support layer at Aokah.
It is the foundation of our decision systems.

Now is the time to build.

The Role

As a (Senior) Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer, you will architect and maintain the resilient data backbone that powers Aokah’s orchestration stack.

You will design scalable ingestion systems, build structured data pipelines, ensure governance and compliance, and enable AI-driven intelligence workflows across location intelligence, talent strategy, regulatory risk, and ecosystem mapping.

Product Manager – Aokah Platform

Location

Bengaluru, India

Type

Full-Time | Early-Stage Startup

Reporting To

Founder / CEO

Enterprise SaaS | AI Platform | Global Capability Centers (GCC) | B2B Product | Data-Driven Intelligence | Category Creation

About Aokah

Aokah is the world’s first Expert + Intelligence platform built to help enterprises design, build, scale, and govern Global Capability Centers (GCCs) with speed, confidence, and resilience. We operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, risk, and talent—transforming what has traditionally been a fragmented, consultant-heavy journey into a governed, data-driven, and repeatable operating model.

Our platform is powered by five interconnected Wisdom Foundations: Program Wisdom, Geo Wisdom, Talent Wisdom, Ecosystem Wisdom, and Delivery Wisdom—all unified into a single closed-loop orchestration system. We are expert-led, AI-supported, and built with a People First, Client at the Core, and Shared Prosperity mindset.

Our primary markets are the USA, Europe, UK, India, and Australia, where GBS leaders and enterprise buyers who build and scale GCCs are based. Our technology and data team is headquartered in Bengaluru, so this role is based there.

Now is the time to build.

The Role

This is a foundational product leadership role. We are hiring a Product Manager who will own the product roadmap, translate strategy into executable product decisions, and partner closely with the CEO, engineering, design, data, and our advisory experts to ship a platform that genuinely changes how enterprises build and run global capabilities.

You will hold two realities simultaneously:

  • The ambiguity and velocity of an early-stage startup
  • The rigor and discipline required for enterprise-grade software

You will work directly with senior advisors, GCC practitioners, and enterprise buyers. Your instinct for Jobs-to-be-Done must be matched by your ability to articulate trade-offs clearly at the executive level.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a product-building role at the ground floor of a category-defining platform.

The Mission

To transform GCC execution from fragmented consulting-led processes into a unified, intelligent, AI-supported platform that reduces risk, accelerates setup, and enables resilient global capability building.

What You’ll Do

Own Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Define, prioritize, and evolve the near-term and medium-term product roadmap across all five Wisdom Foundations. Translate Aokah’s Service-as-Software vision into phased, measurable releases with clear success metrics.

Lead Continuous Discovery:

Engage GCC consultants, enterprise strategy leaders, COOs, CIOs, and GBS heads to deeply understand user workflows—from feasibility and location decision-making through build, scale, and governance. Anchor roadmap decisions in Jobs-to-be-Done thinking.

Drive Feature Definition & Delivery:

Write crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with engineering and design to deliver usable, intelligent, and outcome-oriented features. Maintain a clear dependency map across modules.

Champion Data & AI Product Thinking:

Help structure talent, cost, maturity, ROI, and transition data into a coherent intelligence layer. Prioritize descriptive intelligence before predictive and autonomous capabilities. Ensure data integrity, explainability, and enterprise trust.

Collaborate on GTM Readiness:

Partner with sales and marketing to ensure feature launches are market-ready. Support partner enablement—equipping boutique GCC consultants and BOT providers to use Aokah as a force multiplier in client engagements.

Own Metrics & Iteration:

Define and track product KPIs including workflow efficiency, time saved, consultant effort reduction, adoption depth, and intelligence usage. Run structured feedback loops and iterate with speed and discipline.

Who You Are

Product Leader & Builder:

7–10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products. You’ve shipped meaningful enterprise features end-to-end.

Domain-Aware Thinker:

You understand the GCC, global sourcing, shared services, or enterprise transformation landscape—or have worked closely with outsourcing advisors, IT services firms, or enterprise buyers in the USA, Europe, UK, or Australia. You understand how GCCs are built—and why they fail.

Systems-Oriented Product Craft:

Strong command of discovery, prioritization, PRD writing, and cross-functional execution. You think in systems, not isolated features. You know when to build, configure, partner, or delay.

AI & Data Fluent:

Comfortable working on AI-assisted and data-driven platforms. You understand the difference between dashboards, intelligence layers, and predictive automation—and you sequence them thoughtfully.

Executive-Ready Communicator:

You write clearly, present confidently to senior leaders, and align cross-functional teams without formal authority. You can defend trade-offs with logic and data.

Startup Mindset:

You are comfortable with ambiguity. You set your own agenda. You hold yourself accountable to outcomes, not activity. You thrive when the answer is not yet known.
Based in Bengaluru and comfortable collaborating across global time zones.

What Success Looks Like (First 6–9 Months)

Product Clarity:

A clearly articulated roadmap aligned to customer JTBD and company strategy.

Shipped Intelligence:

Release measurable, adoption-ready modules across at least two Wisdom Foundations.

Enterprise Feedback Loops:

Structured discovery and feedback systems in place with active enterprise users and advisors.

Data Foundation Built:

Core data models for talent, cost, and maturity intelligence structured and production-ready.

Cross-Functional Trust:

Engineering, design, and GTM teams view product as clear, decisive, and execution-oriented.

What Makes This Role Different

You will work on a platform with real category-creation potential in a $60B+ GCC market that is growing rapidly and underserved by intelligent tooling.

You will have direct access to the CEO and founding team.
